Women’s Support Group + Healing Circle

A 7-week group for women who desire depth and truth, in their relationships and within themselves. Women who feel lost on their path, who desire purpose and passion. Women that are tired of surface level connections and crave a space to be real and share their messy, complicated, and wild truth.

Re-Discover Who You Are

On the outside you look like you have your shit together. Others tell you they are impressed with your ability to take care of so much and be so strong in the face of, at times, utter chaos. But inside, you are breaking. Inside you are absolutely lost and feeling void of passion and connection.

As women in our culture we are sent the message that our strongest attribute is being “selfless.” We are defined by it. We are told that to be the best mother, wife, friend, etc., we must embody selflessness. We are taught to relinquish our true nature as humans and are molded into versions of selves that feel unfamiliar and disconnected. We learn that our own survival, and the survival of those we love, depends on our ability to put others first.

It’s time to take back your power dear one. It is time to re-discover who you are and reclaim your one wild and precious life. You deserve more. You always have.

What You Will Find Here:

  • Week 1: Who Are You? Identity reclamation and embodying your authentic self.

  • Week 2: Undoing the Spell. Undoing past programming that defines you.

  • Week 3: Reconnecting to Your True Self. Finding the parts of you that have been lost or exiled. Know yourself fully, embrace her and love her.

Dr. Kimberly Ciardella, PsyD, LMFT

Hi there. I’m Kimberly. Glad to meet you here.

Like you, I am many things…Founder of The Path Wellness Center, a California licensed psychotherapist, doctor of psychology, PMDD coach, mom of a very outgoing daughter, wife of a firefighter, ex-legal assistant, coffee addict, empath, intuitive helper + healer, among many other things.

Through my own journey of navigating this one wild and precious life I have come to understand the depth of which we are conditioned as women to be care takers and people pleasers, all the while neglecting ourselves and disconnected from the relationship that truly maters most, the one we have with ourselves.

In creating this gathering for women, we spent time reflecting on what we have needed (and still need!) over the course of our lives and healing journey, along with the elements of healing we find most helpful to our clients, and forged what we hope is space that will honor your truth, expand your self love, and create connections that will further your self discovery and healing.

Jen Viscidy, MA, AMFT

Greetings, I’m Jen Viscidy. Like us all, I am colored with many different shades. I am…

An associate marriage and family therapist, a curious mind with a thirst for knowledge, empath, an introverted extrovert, wife to a researcher, lover of the outdoors, personal growth book fanatic, coffee enthusiast, former neuroscience researcher, 15-year veteran of veterinary medicine, mom to two loving dogs and one diva of a cat, and a daughter and sister to two of my closest companions.

Much of the creation of this gathering came from my own experiences with embracing the wild woman within. At some point in my journey, instead of running away from my wounds, I began to listen to them. With the help of my own healing guides I began to nurture my wounds instead of remaining paralyzed in their pain. During this journey, I was able to introduce myself to self-compassion, an idea I conceptualized for everyone else but myself.

My hope is that within this circle and sacred space, we are all able to find and enhance our ability to embrace the wild woman within, in all her courageous purpose, and find the self love and compassion we need to move through this life.

Natalee Gaddini-Birdwell, MA, AMFT

Welcome, I’m Natalee. All of us have so many aspects to who we are. Here’s who I am ...

I am an associate marriage and family therapist, former victim advocate, world traveller, partner to an ex pro athlete, mom of two funny and curious kids, and parent to a therapy dog drop-out named Teddy. I am also a fierce ally, a free-spirit, and a constant learner.

I am deeply passionate about accompanying you as you navigate your journey towards healing. Getting there is not always easy – I know this first hand. But with the steady, motivating support of a therapist, I believe that all of us can and will experience profound healing and growth.

The most important aim for me, as a therapist, is to create an inclusive space where you are welcome exactly as you are. I believe we all deserve to feel truly seen and heard. In our sessions, you will be met with warmth, authenticity, and acceptance.
